Terms and Conditions.

Welcome to Steam Fabriq Laundry Services (“Steam Fabriq”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using our laundry, dry-cleaning, ironing, or related services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 1. Services Offered Steam Fabriq provides professional garment care services, including but not limited to: Washing Dry Cleaning Steam Ironing Folding & Packaging Pickup and Delivery (where applicable) Service availability may vary by location and operational capacity. 2. Customer Responsibilities Customers are responsible for: Checking all pockets and removing valuables such as cash, jewelry, documents, and electronic items before handing over garments. Informing Steam Fabriq in advance about: Stains requiring special treatment Delicate or sensitive fabrics Potential color bleeding Pre-existing damage or weakened fabric condition Steam Fabriq shall not be responsible for damage to items left inside garments or for issues arising from undisclosed fabric conditions. 3. Pricing & Payments Prices are charged per item, per kilogram, or per service type, as communicated at the time of order. Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of taxes, as applicable. Payment must be made: At the time of delivery, or In advance for prepaid or subscription plans Steam Fabriq reserves the right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice. 4. Pickup & Delivery Pickup and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational or external factors. Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances shall not be eligible for compensation. Customers must ensure availability during the scheduled pickup and delivery windows. 5. Service Quality & Fabric Care Steam Fabriq follows standard industry practices suitable for most fabrics. Despite best efforts, we are not liable for: Shrinkage Color fading or bleeding Fabric wear due to age, quality, or usage Damage caused by manufacturer defects Delicate or high-risk garments are accepted and processed at the customer’s own risk. 6. Lost or Damaged Items Any claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If liability is accepted, compensation will be limited to: The cost of repair, or An amount not exceeding five (5) times the service charge of the affected item No claims will be entertained after the claim period. 7. Unclaimed Garments Garments not collected within 30 days of service completion may be stored at the customer’s risk or donated/disposed of without further notice. Storage charges may apply. 8. Cancellations & Refunds Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. Refunds are issued only in cases of service failure and at the sole discretion of Steam Fabriq. Subscription plans are non-transferable and non-refundable unless explicitly stated. 9. Subscriptions & Offers Subscription plans are valid for a fixed duration and usage limit. Unused services may expire after the subscription period. Offers and discounts cannot be combined unless specifically mentioned. 10. Customer Conduct Any abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward staff may result in immediate service suspension or termination. Steam Fabriq reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion. 11. Privacy Policy Customer information (name, phone number, address) is used strictly for service-related purposes. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except when required by law. 12. Force Majeure Steam Fabriq shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions. 13. Amendments Steam Fabriq may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 14. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
